PECO's S200 series of occupancy sensors and energy management systems decrease unnecessary energy by controlling the HVAC system based on room occupancy.

The SK200-001 and SK200-002 are stand-alone systems which can be used without an external wall thermostat.

The SK200-003 is designed for use with PECO Thermostats that have built in setback logic and occupancy sensor inputs.

Optional slave sensors are available if there are multiple rooms that need motion detection. Slave sensors (SB200-001 and SA200-001) send input to master sensors (SD200-001 and SD200-002) when motion is detected.

Door switches and window switches are available to sense when doors or windows are left open and energy is being lost. The door switch also assists in the energy management systems by signaling that someone may have entered a room, prompting the motion detectors to begin verifying occupancy.
